Discovery
Begins with meeting our executive team through an introductory meeting. Project goals are established. Then, budget alignment is tested through a high-level estimate before moving into a formal agreement.

Pre Construction
Covers all the planning leading up to the start of construction. Our pre-construction team acts as a resource to clients by providing design consultations, constructability feedback, progress estimates, and coordination assistance. As we work in tandem, we lay the groundwork for a smooth and efficient construction project.

Construction
Focuses on execution. Our process involves schedule management, budget tracking, quality control, and coordination with trusted trade partners, with consistent communication along the way. Our online project management platform tracks any change orders and design decisions throughout to establish a clear project scope.

Post Construction
Ensures the project is complete and supported.
In line with a structured warranty, we provide ongoing maintenance and repair support.
